Terms of use

Last updated 26 July 2026

These are the rules for using WorkWith. We've written them in plain language on purpose. By making a page here, you agree to them.

Your page and your work

What you put on your page is yours — your photos, your words, your prices. You keep every right to it. We only store and display it so your page works, and you can edit or delete it at any time.

You're responsible for what you publish. Only upload work you made or have permission to use, and don't claim to be someone you're not.

What you may not publish or sell

  • Anything illegal, or anything that helps someone break the law.
  • Someone else’s work, photos or identity presented as your own.
  • Counterfeit goods, or copies sold as if they were the real thing.
  • Weapons, drugs, medicines, or anything you need a licence for and don’t have.
  • Content that harasses, threatens or targets a person or group.
  • Scams, fake offers, or misleading claims about what you provide.
  • Sexual content involving minors, or any content that exploits anyone.

Anyone can report a page they think breaks these rules using the link at the bottom of it. We read every report. If a page breaks the rules we may hide it or close the account, and for anything serious or illegal we'll act immediately.

Your account

Keep your login details to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has access. You can delete your account whenever you like, and your page comes down with it.

What we provide

Building and publishing your page is free today. We may add paid extras later; if we do, what you already have keeps working. We may change or improve the product over time, and we'll try not to break anything you depend on.

We don't promise the service will never go down. We do our best to keep it running, but we provide it as it is, without guarantees.

Work between you and your clients

Any job, price or payment you agree with a client is between you and them. We don't take part in that agreement, we don't handle the money, and we aren't responsible for how it goes.

If you run a shop here

A shop page lists your products and takes orders for yourbusiness. You are the seller. That means the prices, the photos, the stock, the delivery, the returns and the customer's questions are all yours to handle — we only host the page and keep the record of what was ordered.

We never take your customers' money. We don't collect it, hold it, route it or pass it on to you later. Your customer pays you directly, however you two agree — cash, Whish, transfer, anything. Because of that we also take no commission on anything you sell, and there is nothing for you to withdraw from us.

Keep your listings honest: the price a customer sees should be the price they pay, and don't promise a delivery you can't make. If a customer has a problem with an order, it's between you and them — but tell us if something goes badly wrong, because it helps us keep the platform clean.

When someone orders from your shop, you receive their name, their number and what they asked for. Use it to fulfil that order and to talk to them about it. Don't add them to a marketing list they didn't ask for, don't sell their details, and don't use them for anything else.

Ending things

You can stop using WorkWith at any time. We can close an account that breaks these rules. If we ever shut the service down, we'll give you notice and a way to take your content with you.
